Joint Accreditation Framework
This PDF provides an outline of the history, eligibility, process, terms, timeline, and requirements for jointly accredited providers.
Intent to Apply/Intent for Reaccreditation
Providers should complete the Intent to Apply/Intent for Reaccreditation Form and submit the accompanying eligibility review/reaccreditation fee prior to the cycle deadline (see Timeline). Prior to submitting an Intent to Apply form, organizations should contact Joint Accreditation Staff (info@jointaccreditation.org) to discuss eligibility requirements and to understand the Joint Accreditation process. Please also notify Joint Accreditation Staff in advance if your organization requires an invoice to process the Intent to Apply/Reaccreditation fee.

Activity List
Once an applicant is informed of their eligibility to proceed with their application for Joint AccreditationTM, the Provider should utilize the Activity List template to submit all activities offered in the 18 month period preceding the submission of the Intent to Apply Form.
